The MULTIGRIP CARBON F.L.
is a high-end model developed for professional users who demand an ULTRA LIGHT but reliable, strong and comfortable trekking and mountaineering pole.
The upper shaft is made of Gabel´s exclusive SNAKE CARBON fibre, which makes the pole stronger and lighter than ordinary carbon poles, while the two remaining lower sections are made of anodised aluminium (ALOCS).
This treatment reduces the risk of corrosion over time and protects the pole from scratches and collisions with rocks, increasing the durability of the product even in case of intense use or long hikes.0 With the U-LOCK system you can change the length of the pole according to your needs with a simple gesture.
In addition to the two external aluminium locking clamps, this model also comes with internal expanders (MULTI LOCK) that improve the fixation of the tubes by reducing unwanted vibrations and increasing stability.
Another feature is the SOFT grip with the Touring foam extension that keeps your hands warm and provides more grip points to help when climbing steep slopes or walking in areas covered with lots of fresh snow.
It features the Ergo fit grip, which has been designed with biomechanics in mind, for maximum ergonomics, lightness and practicality.
It has been developed to offer the same ergonomics regardless of hand grip position, adapting to all conditions.
The Multigrip is also equipped with the Top Click System (T.C.S.) which allows for easy removal, washing or replacement of the soft and breathable Tech Lite strap.
The latter is treated with a special anti-bacterial formula to better resist sweat and dirt, extending its durability in case of long hikes.
Finally, the tungsten CARBIDE toe provides perfect traction even on rough and slippery surfaces.
