A built in heat deflector ensures even heat distribution and rapid heat-up times, whilst grease drainage holes on the ribbed side make for healthier cooking. A ceramic GreenGrill coating is easy to clean after use. This interchangeable cooking surface is suitable for the Cadac Carri Chef 50 and Citi Chef 50 ranges of BBQs.
