lightweight aluminum and Textonile.- Textonile is a woven fabric that you may be familiar with from modern outdoor furniture.- The special feature of this material is that it makes the basket weather-resistant, dimensionally stable and unalterable.The bottom of the basket has an extra protective mat and a strap with click closure to secure your valuables.- While you pedal, you can lock your handbag or laptop bag in the basket.- It´s so safe! For your safety on the bike, the basket is also equipped with an integrated LED strip*.
This helps you stand out in the dark.- The LED lighting is powered by 2 AAA batteries (sold separately), and with a simple click you can easily attach the basket to the luggage rack using the pre-mounted MIK 2.0 adapter plate (70173) or MIK transport plate (70170).- Would you like to take the basket with you to the office or store? Or want to switch from one bike accessory to another, such as a child´s bike seat? You can also effortlessly detach your bike accessories from the carrier.- The MIK 2.0 adapter plate leaves enough space on the luggage rack for hanging panniers (bike panniers with hooks).- So you can easily combine your MIK system bike accessories with a bike bag.
