Please Note:
- It is normal to experience extremely slow self-inflation in a new mat or one that has been stored rolled away for long periods. To counter this, open valve and inflate by mouth to assist the foam take shape.
- Normal inflation: Open the valve. Self-inflation will take place to 80% of normal thickness in a few minutes. Blow in more air to achieve desired comfort level.
